Job Description

As a Copy Supervisor, you will be a key player in our creative department, responsible for overseeing and elevating the quality of our written content. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record in crafting effective copy, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth.
Proactively manage , mentor and supervise copywriters.
Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Identify new strategies and techniques as regards copies, trends in technologies in digital prints.
Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other team members to bring ideas to life visually. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging aligns with brand strategies.
Conduct thorough research to understand client industries, target audiences, and market trends.
Review and edit copy to ensure it meets brand guidelines, style, and tone requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve copywriting.
Responsible for reviewing and editing copy, providing feedback to the copywriters, and ensuring that the copy is delivered on time.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Copy Supervisor or similar role in a creative agency setting.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
